When it comes to the disadvantaged groups in the society, people always believe that they should be given special concern in various fields including higher education. As far as I am concerned, the disprivilagd students, such as those who live in poverty, should be cared for, but not given privileges in terms of entry to universities.

Choosing a suitable career is becoming increasingly important to many young people, especially for fresh graduates from college. However, it faces various obstacles during the process.
First of all, with the lack of experiences, young people hardly realize what are the suitable jobs for themselves. Job descriptions simply illustrate the work contents in a written form that might mislead the young job seekers. Secondly, intense competition is another crucial reason for such phenomenon. Each year, thousands of graduates entering the labour market whereas there are limited vacancies for these less experienced young people. Meanwhile, with the rapid growth of technology, a great number of companies have increased their hiring standards for employment.
Although, there are several ways for young people to obtain a suitable career in the future. Planning early is one of the most important methods. Young people should try to experience various job functions to better understand themselves what the real suitable jobs are, such as doing internships or part time jobs. Meanwhile, it is crucial for young people to increase there capabilities before entering the labour markets by improving their university GPAs, learning multiple languages or attending additional vocational trainings.
Overall speaking, to make a right decision in choosing a suitable career requires the young people to gain as much experiences or capabilities as possible before starting the job hunting process.
